Text: Heb 4:12-16 (King James Version)

"Father, I am your servant, willing and desiring to be used to bless your people."

The Fields are white and the laborers are few!
C.H. Spurgeon said, "If God does not save a man by truth he certainly will not save them by lies, and if the old gospel is not competent to work a revival, then we will do without the revival;"

The worst kind of lie is one mixed with truth. Satan is not only the Prince of darkness he also presents himself as an angel of light. When a JW or a Mormon come and knock on your door, they'll say a lot of things they know you'll readily agree with..but, the worst cyanide is not in a bottle with a warning label and skull and cross bones on it..nobody would drink that. The worst cyanide is just a few drops mixed into a big jug of Kool-Aid. It's just as deadly, plus, you don't know it's there! The true gospel of Jesus Christ doesn't need to be disguised in order to "slip it in" on someone.

Hebrews 4:12   For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.

Hebrews 4:13   Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in his sight: but all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of him with whom we have to do.

Hebrews 4:14   Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our profession.

Hebrews 4:15   For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin.

Hebrews 4:16   Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.

The gospel of Jesus Christ does not need to be dressed up with glitz and glimmer, nor does it need to be watered down in order to get people saved. In Fact I wouldn't give you a plug nickel for a salvation that doesn't change your life. If your salvation can't get your beer out of the fridge or your pornography out of the closet and into the trash can, can you really trust it to get you into Heaven?  I'm not saying we're saved by works, but true salvation will change you! Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.

Let's pray. Father,  Open my eyes so I can see Your truth.

Open my ears so I can hear Your voice.
Open my mind so I can understand Your Word.
And open my heart so I may receive all that You want me to receive. AMEN

Religion will try and suppress that living water that is bottled up in you by telling you all kind of lies like "No just calm down a little bit God don't work that way now! He just speaks through his word only. Those gifts of the spirit died out with the last Apostle.

God don't give that Joy in our day like he did when the apostles were writing the book. God just doesn't work that way anymore!

That is nothing but the spirit of religion!

It is the religious folk that tried to suppress the works of Jesus and all the Apostles and ultimately crucified Jesus and Killed off his Apostles save John The Beloved. It is the same Spirit that Gets upset and angry when they hear of God doing great and mighty things through some one that has not been indoctrinated to believe that Jesus don't do these things anymore. Well what does he do?

Micah 7:7   Therefore I will look unto the LORD; I will wait for the God of my salvation: my God will hear me.

Micah 7:8   Rejoice not against me, O mine enemy: when I fall, I shall arise; when I sit in darkness, the LORD shall be a light unto me.

Micah 7:9   I will bear the indignation of the LORD, because I have sinned against him, until he plead my cause, and execute judgment for me: he will bring me forth to the light, and I shall behold his righteousness.

Micah 7:10   Then she that is mine enemy shall see it, and shame shall cover her which said unto me, Where is the LORD thy God? mine eyes shall behold her: now shall she be trodden down as the mire of the streets.

1 Thessalonians 1:5   For our gospel came not unto you in word only, but also in power, and in the Holy Ghost, and in much assurance; as ye know what manner of men we were among you for your sake.

1 Thessalonians 1:6   And ye became followers of us, and of the Lord, having received the word in much affliction, with joy of the Holy Ghost:

1 Thessalonians 1:7   So that ye were ensamples to all that believe in Macedonia and Achaia.

1 Thessalonians 1:8   For from you sounded out the word of the Lord not only in Macedonia and Achaia, but also in every place your faith to God-ward is spread abroad; so that we need not to speak any thing.

Matthew 8:5   And when Jesus was entered into Capernaum, there came unto him a centurion, beseeching him,

Matthew 8:6   And saying, Lord, my servant lieth at home sick of the palsy, grievously tormented.

Matthew 8:7   And Jesus saith unto him, I will come and heal him.

Matthew 8:8   The centurion answered and said, Lord, I am not worthy that thou shouldest come under my roof: but speak the word only, and my servant shall be healed.

Matthew 8:9   For I am a man under authority, having soldiers under me: and I say to this man, Go, and he goeth; and to another, Come, and he cometh; and to my servant, Do this, and he doeth it.

Matthew 8:10   When Jesus heard it, he marvelled, and said to them that followed, Verily I say unto you, I have not found so great faith, no, not in Israel.

John 14:12   Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.

John 14:13   And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.

John 14:14   If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it.

John 14:15   If ye love me, keep my commandments.

John 14:16   And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever;

John 14:17   Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.

John 14:18   I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you.

John 14:19   Yet a little while, and the world seeth me no more; but ye see me: because I live, ye shall live also.

John 14:20   At that day ye shall know that I am in my Father, and ye in me, and I in you.

Mark 16:15   And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.

Mark 16:16   He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.

Mark 16:17   And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues;

Mark 16:18   They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.

Mark 16:19   So then after the Lord had spoken unto them, he was received up into heaven, and sat on the right hand of God.

Mark 16:20   And they went forth, and preached every where, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word with signs following. Amen.
