Text: 2 Chronicles 20:1-13   (King James Version)

  "Father, I am your servant, willing and desiring to be used to bless your people."

                                       The Fields are white and the laborers are few!
C.H. Spurgeon said, "If God does not save a man by truth he certainly will not save them by lies, and if the old gospel is not competent to work a revival, then we will do without the revival;"

2 Chronicles 20:1   It came to pass after this also, that the children of Moab, and the children of Ammon, and with them other beside the Ammonites, came against Jehoshaphat to battle.

2 Chronicles 20:2   Then there came some that told Jehoshaphat, saying, There cometh a great multitude against thee from beyond the sea on this side Syria; and, behold, they be in Hazazontamar, which is Engedi.

2 Chronicles 20:3   And Jehoshaphat feared, and set himself to seek the LORD, and proclaimed a fast throughout all Judah.

2 Chronicles 20:4   And Judah gathered themselves together, to ask help of the LORD: even out of all the cities of Judah they came to seek the LORD.

2 Chronicles 20:5   And Jehoshaphat stood in the congregation of Judah and Jerusalem, in the house of the LORD, before the new court,

2 Chronicles 20:6   And said, O LORD God of our fathers, art not thou God in heaven? and rulest not thou over all the kingdoms of the heathen? and in thine hand is there not power and might, so that none is able to withstand thee?

2 Chronicles 20:7   Art not thou our God, who didst drive out the inhabitants of this land before thy people Israel, and gavest it to the seed of Abraham thy friend for ever?

2 Chronicles 20:8   And they dwelt therein, and have built thee a sanctuary therein for thy name, saying,

2 Chronicles 20:9   If, when evil cometh upon us, as the sword, judgment, or pestilence, or famine, we stand before this house, and in thy presence, (for thy name is in this house,) and cry unto thee in our affliction, then thou wilt hear and help.

2 Chronicles 20:10   And now, behold, the children of Ammon and Moab and mount Seir, whom thou wouldest not let Israel invade, when they came out of the land of Egypt, but they turned from them, and destroyed them not;

2 Chronicles 20:11   Behold, I say, how they reward us, to come to cast us out of thy possession, which thou hast given us to inherit.

2 Chronicles 20:12   O our God, wilt thou not judge them? for we have no might against this great company that cometh against us; neither know we what to do: but our eyes are upon thee.

2 Chronicles 20:13   And all Judah stood before the LORD, with their little ones, their wives, and their children.

Let's pray. Father,

Open my eyes so I can see Your truth.

Open my ears so I can hear Your voice.
Open my mind so I can understand Your Word.
And open my heart so I may receive all that You want me to receive. AMEN

When metals like: silver, gold, zinc, copper, and iron are scattered on the ground and a magnet is swept over those particles, some of the metal would rise to meet the magnet while others would stay on the ground. The gold, the silver, the zinc, the copper and the bronze would all stay on the ground, but the iron would rise. Why? Iron has the same nature as the magnet. When Jesus comes again, only those who are heaven-born will be heaven-bound. Those who have the nature of the Lord Jesus Christ, the dead in Christ, will rise first, and we which remain will be caught up to meet them in the air.

The Battle is Raging! It may not yet appear in the natural but in the spiritual real there is a battle taking place like we have never seen before. It is an all out war for the souls of mankind

Luke 19:10   For the Son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost.

The Bataan was passed down to us the very moment he cried it is finished!  The Commission was placed upon the church body to be his instruments of ministry and outreach.

How are we doing overall as a body in reaching the Lost?

I believe that it is God's will for this ministry to harvest a thousand souls per week.

You say Pastor you've gone off the deep end. Have I?

With only one person it is a thousand per week but with two people it drops in half. With 100 people it is not only 10 per week with two hundred people it drops in half again to five per week. Is my vision for this church too great for God? Or is it too great for God's people. Church we are a body, particularly the Body of Christ. We must begin to function as a body or not be a body at all.. I refuse to be a part of a Laodicea mentality church.

2 Peter 3:9   The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

John 9:5   As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world.

Jesus Said we are the light of the world.

Matthew 5:13   Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be salted? it is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men.

Matthew 5:14   Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid.

Matthew 5:15   Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house.

Matthew 5:16   Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.

It's almost impossible to define light…it's a mystery. Webster's Dictionary will tell you that ‘light is that which makes it possible to see. The Bible says that God is light. Intellectually that means the knowledge of God is light. Morally that means the holiness of God is light. Physically that mean the glory of God is light. When Jesus says that we are the light of the world, it means God has deposited His nature inside of us, and we are to let it out. It's in there! It just needs to be allowed to shine forth .

You say pastor I am only one person well!

The Maniac of Gadara was only one and after an encounter with Jesus he won most of his on town.

The Samaritan at the well was only one person but after her encounter she was leading half her city out to see a man!

Jonah was only one man and he preached one sermon and the whole city got saved and was sparred.

We are His Hands, His Feet and His voice operating as a body seeing the same harvest he sees.

John 4:35   Say not ye, There are yet four months, and then cometh harvest? behold, I say unto you, Lift up your eyes, and look on the fields; for they are white already to harvest..

But the body has to have the same vision and function as a body with all its members in tact.

1 Corinthians 12:12   For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body: so also is Christ.

1 Corinthians 12:13   For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit.

1 Corinthians 12:14   For the body is not one member, but many.

1 Corinthians 12:15   If the foot shall say, Because I am not the hand, I am not of the body; is it therefore not of the body?

1 Corinthians 12:16   And if the ear shall say, Because I am not the eye, I am not of the body; is it therefore not of the body?

1 Corinthians 12:17   If the whole body were an eye, where were the hearing? If the whole were hearing, where were the smelling?

1 Corinthians 12:18   But now hath God set the members every one of them in the body, as it hath pleased him.

1 Corinthians 12:19   And if they were all one member, where were the body?

1 Corinthians 12:20   But now are they many members, yet but one body.

1 Corinthians 12:21   And the eye cannot say unto the hand, I have no need of thee: nor again the head to the feet, I have no need of you.

1 Corinthians 12:22   Nay, much more those members of the body, which seem to be more feeble, are necessary:

1 Corinthians 12:23   And those members of the body, which we think to be less honourable, upon these we bestow more abundant honour; and our uncomely parts have more abundant comeliness.

1 Corinthians 12:24   For our comely parts have no need: but God hath tempered the body together, having given more abundant honour to that part which lacked:

1 Corinthians 12:25   That there should be no schism in the body; but that the members should have the same care one for another.

1 Corinthians 12:26   And whether one member suffer, all the members suffer with it; or one member be honoured, all the members rejoice with it.

1 Corinthians 12:27   Now ye are the body of Christ, and members in particular.

He has commissioned and Equipped us for such a time as this.

Ephesians 6:10   Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.

Ephesians 6:11   Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.

Ephesians 6:12   For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

Ephesians 6:13   Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.

Ephesians 6:14   Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;

Ephesians 6:15   And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;

Ephesians 6:16   Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.

Ephesians 6:17   And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:

Ephesians 6:18   Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;
